What Led Us Here Before children I had a career in Project Management but shifted to a more flexible role in Finance to better balance work and motherhood. Richie came from a background in Retail Management, used to long hours and high demands. Like many couples, we were constantly negotiating time, energy and priorities - often feeling like we fall short in all directions.
When we discovered this opportunity to distribute award-winning personal development products online - and build a business around supporting others in transforming their lives - something just clicked. We were already passionate about growth, mindset and helping others thrive. This gave us the framework tools and global platform to turn that passion into a purpose-driven business.
